By popular demand, a number of "off-the-shelf"summary services quickly followed. While these services continue, specialized, tailored studies are now a K & A mainstay.

As the longest period comprehensive tracker/publisher of area real estate data, we have accumulated unique resources for such studies. Indeed, this data - much of it proprietary - is the purchased base for many outside analysts' work,

Nowhere near all this data is in the public domain, nor is it readily available. Multiple sources are common; independent verification is ever wise; some data can only be obtained by expert, on-site review. K & A prides itself in offering utmost accuracy and reliability.

K & A has grown. But in well controlled fashion. We emphasize tight supervision; every project receives the personal attention of present Bob Kammrath. Bob is a business major graduate of Valparaiso University and a former Army adjutant, has experience in corporate accountancy and 21 years service in Arizona real estate (commercial brokerage, property management, realty-firm ownership, etc.)
